Anyone bought Statue Of Liberty e-tickets recently?

Just wondering if anyone has experienced a delay between purchasing SOL e-tickets and receiving the email containing the pdf to print them?

I bought some yesterday, around 20 hours ago now, and haven%26#39;t yet received them yet and I%26#39;m wondering if there%26#39;s a problem or whether this is a regular occurence.

Maybe a problem. Did mine last week and got them immediately and a confirmation email straight away.

Are you sure you used the official statue cruises website? There%26#39;s another website that also sells tickets (they%26#39;re fine I think but you pay more and that might be different ticket procedure).
