First Time> Best tour company?

Hi, we will be spending 3 days in NY for easter, and my wife is going there for the first time. I thought it would be a good idea to do a ';first visit tour of NY'; or something similar so that she gets acquainted with the ';must see'; first.

Any suggestions of companies that make small groups tours? Thank you.
