Accommodation in Community Church, New York

Has anyone stayed in the Community Church, New York self-catering appartments? My friend who lives in New York has recommended these appartments to me, and they look good on the site, just wondered if anyone has experienced them. Going to New York for ten nights early September 09. Thank you.

I don%26#39;t recall ever seeing any feedback from anyone who stayed there. I see that the website mentions construction that is/was scheduled to finish in December--I%26#39;d contact them to find out if that has in fact finished. In such a small building, construction noise and debris could be quite irritating.

It%26#39;s a relatively quiet area--the neighborhood is called Murray Hill--but it%26#39;s easy walking distance to many Midtown sights and not far from the subway, and there are a decent number of casual restaurants in relatively close proximity.

I%26#39;d never heard of this before. If by early Sept. you mean the very first week before Sept. 7, I think you can find better options at the same price or less.

is running a summer special thru Sept. 7 for about the same price and their rooms are also like apts. with kitchens and the place was just recently renovated. You also don%26#39;t have to pay 50% up front

If you%26#39;re coming after Sept. 7, prices do go up and this might be a better option.

is a group of suite hotels and you might want to compare prices there as well. The Eastgate Tower and the Shelburne Murray Hill are in the same area as these church apts.
