NYC three week accomodation w/kitchen for family w/ baby

We are looking for a place to stay in or near Manhattan for the period of April 5th to 20th approx. Kitchen needed to prepare baby meals. Anybody knows if subletting for only a month a possibility? Any other ideas deeply appreciated.
