First time in N.Y. going for one week in late April staying in Times Square. Would like to take in a couple of shows, and do the touristy things.

Which shows are recommended, and how do we best book tickets ?

Mother and daughter 60 and 40 (don`t tell them I told you that) love musicals the bigger the better.

If they haven%26#39;t seen ';Phantom,'; then go for it...lovely music and spectacular.

Wicked is hugely popular (no discounts) and a big production. A new version of West Side Story just opened, and there%26#39;s a much-acclaimed version of South Pacific on now, if they want something classic.
