we booked GRAYLINE LIMOUSINES for our trip from JFK airport into Manhattan %26amp; our hotel.I booked via the company%26#39;s own website

i asked for a six seater Lincoln town car,'; the company stated';Exceptional service.haha what a laugh, we arrived at JFK we were met by the driver, then we had to drag our luggage to the car park(15 minutes away)we were met by a scruffy white limo, bashed %26amp; battered!!

the interior was just as bad, we had ordered some wine prior to booking, but when we got moving i asked the driver where was the wine he said he would stop at a local shop to buy some!!!

not the best start to a week in new york!

we pulled up in some neighbourhood, that frightened us!the driver got out left the engine running and made his way into the shop to buy some wine!!

half way in to our journey the driver asked for the money for the wine %26amp; car park fees, yet we had a confirmation letter saying what we were being charged for, no parking fee was mentioned.

I%26#39;ve wrote to the company on returning to the UK.here is his reply!

“what are you trying to do? do you want to get your money back i think that is a cheap shot why don';t you be a real man and give me a call at 1888 #### ### and talk to me like a real man and stop acting like a little girl,

also state that you are a complete as* hole and put it all up if that will make you happy you stupid piece of shi*”.

mm not a very nice company to hire a vehicle off!!

please stay away from this company.

Lincoln Limousines seem to have a good website but what is the service like?
