Shopping: Difference in pricelevels East- vs. Westcoast?

Will be visiting New York City and San Francisco, Los Angeles and Las Vegas in April.

Is there a difference in general between the pricelevels at the East- and Westcoast?

Will probably do some shopping for clothes, shoes, sportswear - and would like to know where it would be smartest to plan to do the serious shopping :-)

Nope. The only real price difference will occur if you go to outlet malls vs. first-run stores.
