first time to new york in may

hi everyone

im off to new york for the first time in may.

firstly any suggestions on airport to hotel transfers? i was thinking of boooking with my travel agent, but thought taxi may be better idea? or can they be very expensive?

i am also wondering whether to book my trips before i get there, or just to it out there? i am only there for 4 days with so much i want to do.

what are the best trips to do?

i have also heard of a resteraunt that revolves giving you the sight of new york. what is the name of this? am i better booking?
