Does anybody know of any budget hotel/motel in Manhattan that you have stayed in and recommend for me. I am going for few days in May.

Don%26#39;t be tempted to give the Hotel Carter a go, not unless you want to share your room with a corpse or bring home a bad dose of bedbugs!

I%26#39;ll be staying at Hotel Americana INN in April, google them they have a website, $90 Double/share.

I can post again after my return, around April 14.

The Da Vinci has a room with a double bed for $99.

We just booked Hotel Pennsylvania (which is old and shabby) across from Madison Sq Garden for $100 a night through expedia.com in May.

While I like the Da Vinci better, it couldn%26#39;t hold all 4 of us.
