Second Home ?

Not trying to open up a can of worms, but I am curious, has Second Home on Second Avenue reopened?

I stayed here in Oct. and loved it and heard (from the forum) shortly after that it been closed down. I am not planning on staying here next month because I found a hotel for cheaper, but I did just check out their website and according to the reservation calendar it looks like they are up and running, does anyone know?

I just emailed them directly and they have shut down.

I was really looking forward to staying with them at the end of the year too. The reply was very short and abrupt, and mentioned they were having trouble with certain lisences?

Thanks, I was just curious because from the looks of their website it seemed like they had openings and were taking reservations.
