I don%26#39;t know if this play has started yet but it looks interesting.
Does anyone have an idea where the best seats would be? I know some theatre%26#39;s have ';awkward'; or blind spots so I%26#39;m just hoping to avoid those.
I%26#39;m assuming mid row center is good.
any thoughts?
thanks!

It hasn%26#39;t opened yet, but the cast looks great!
I saw Spamalot here and the very left and right hand sides of the Mezzanine have blind spots. If you stick to the center, you%26#39;ll be fine.
When you buy your tickets, it will specify if the seats are %26#39;partial view%26#39;.

There are seating charts for all theaters on various webites. Here%26#39;s just one that%26#39;s pretty detailed for the Shubert.

I always prefer sitting on the aisle so if I had my choice of any seat in this theater, I%26#39;d choose E or F 101 in the orchestra. Those are probably premium seats and certainly not discounted. (I assume you know there are discounted tix for this show on

You are not likely to ever find blind spots in the center of the theater and I don%26#39;t expect there will be any unusual visual tricks in this show that would affect seating choices. I%26#39;ve seen the show (not this production or this cast) and it%26#39;s very entertaining.
Thanks for the responses!
I saw this last night. Like any Noel Coward play, it is lighthearted fluff - but very enjoyable lighthearted fluff with quite a few good laughs.
The cast IS excellent. Angela Lansbury floats around mystically and almost steals the show. Rupert Everett is perfectly cast, as is Jayne Atkinson.
I highly recommend it for anyone who likes a laugh and doesn%26#39;t require intellectual topics to enjoy themselves.
Thanks for the thumbs up. As to the OP%26#39;s question, where did you sit and how did you like your seat?
I was sitting in the first seat, Row O, of the left orchestra. Very good seats.
I wouldn%26#39;t sit very far left or very far right anywhere in the Shubert - I did that for Spamalot and missed out on action at the very edges of the stage.
