What is a good restaurant in Chinatown, that is not touristy. Atmosphere is not important, just the food.

Chinatown
%26#39;Cantoon Garden%26#39; on Elizabth Street across from the police station. All Asian people inside. Huge family tables (some small tables oon the side). Huge portions meant to be shared. Try the lunch specials for $6.75. I recommend %26#39;steamed buffalo carp%26#39; (with sliced ginger, scallion) everyone gets it. Also maybe try %26#39;salt and pepper pork chops%26#39;, %26#39;steamed spare ribs%26#39;, %26#39;Chinese brocoli with oyster sauce%26#39; and the %26#39;eggplant%26#39;. they also have %26#39;snails%26#39; on the lunch special menu ..... try it ..... you%26#39;ll like it. Bring a date!!!!
