Newark airport to Woodside Queens

Hi all you experts.

Can anybody tell me how to get from Newark airport to Woodside, Queems. Have just booked my flight and have 10 hours to change airports if it is going to be too difficult on public transport. I know there is a train but not sure if it passes through Queens. Help please.
