David Letterman Show

Hi,

I will be visiting NYC for the first time in April from Australia. I would like to register for David Letterman tickets, but it says on the website you need to put down the name of someone you%26#39;re bringing with you. Now I%26#39;m travelling alone so is there anyway I can still register or does it need to be two people attending?

Or if they insist do like Lotuspath would - enter the name of your imaginary companion, Ferd Burful, Alfred E Neuman or something like that.......

Alfred E Neuman works right across Broadway at DC Comics%26#39; Mad magazine. Some of the Letterman staffers probably know him on sight (that missing tooth and all), and won%26#39;t fall for it.

P.S. I show that block of West 53rd Street as ';the block where things blow up, baseballs fall onto cars, and dogs leap into water tanks'; on my midtown tours.

My husband was able to see the David Letterman show by himself while we traveled to NYC in the summer of 2007. I was unable to go with him because we had our 11-year old daughter with us.
