Inn across the street (or close to) Mirbeau?

I%26#39;m working on a girlfriend get-away to the spa. We have heard that there is another hotel very close to Mirbeau that is much cheaper but still a decent place to stay. Any advice?

I wonder if it could be this place. Per google maps, they are both west of the village on west genesee rd (route 20) and very close to each other. Website for fingerlakes lodging indicates it is owned by Mirbeau.
