I advise you to be more specific. Are you calling on a client or associate? If so, where is their office? Is there a particular part of town that is convenient? Who is picking up the tab?

Also, what type of business? Don%26#39;t mean to pry, but a restaurant that would impress someone in financial services may seem uptight or old-fashioned to someone involved in design or advertisng for example.
