Spring Break Trip - plans/what do you think???

I must admit that I have been ';lurking'; on this forum for a few months now planning for our upcoming trip to New York. It%26#39;s part of our youngest daughters high school graduation and hopefully a good senior year spring break, too.

I have learned alot from everyone on here, with the advice given and the experiences. It%26#39;s ALL very much appreciated.

Our trip begins on Friday, April 3rd as we%26#39;re staying over in Orlando for our 9am flight on Saturday morning. We decided to fly into White Plains as the flights were much cheaper into there, even with the added cost of transportation. We%26#39;re staying at The Time, NY. We received a pretty good deal through priceline, but then I got nervous because I started reading that they only guarantee a double occupancy. So I called and in fact that was the case, so for a small fee I upgraded us to a suite and it%26#39;s still a good rate per nite and hopefully won%26#39;t have to worry about the small rooms.

We%26#39;re there from 4/4 - 4/11 and have a lot planned for our daughter. We are going to check out Time Square area and get aclimated Saturday afternoon/evening.

Sunday 4/5, we have a Manhattan Comprehensive tour booked that will hopefully give us an oversight of the City. That evening we%26#39;ll probably go to Chinatown.

Monday 4/6, we%26#39;re confirmed for the Mike %26amp; Juliet show in the am and then we%26#39;ll start using our New York Pass (3 day pass).

Tuesday 4/7, confirmed for the Good Morning America show and then we%26#39;ll continue using the New York Pass.

Wednesday 4/8, finish up the New York Pass.

Thursday 4/9 and Friday 4/10 we plan on leaving for shopping.

Saturday 4/11 we plan to do last minute shopping and lunch and then time to leave for the airport with a late flight out.

My daughter would like to look for her prom dress while in NY, any suggestions?? Are there any deals to be had right now??

Also, any other suggestions I will gladly and openly accept and very much so appreciate. I%26#39;d like to thank every one for all of the great advice you take the time to give on here.
