Tartan Week with a 16 year old.

Taking my daughter to NYC for her 16th birthday, which also is Tartan Week. The cool thing is my husband (her Dad2) is from Edinburgh, Scotland. The man himself will not be on this trip as it%26#39;s just the birthday girl and mom. So what can we do to enjoy the festivities.
