Hi everyone. I have to great center orchestra seat (Row L, dead center) for the 1 Apr 09 show at 2:00 p.m. I bought them online last night (total cost after fees was $242 and some change). I also purchased the Mondial Event Insurance ($6 per ticket).. and it%26#39;s a good thing. When I went in to work today, I found out that I now need to work that day. Although I haven%26#39;t received the insurance policy yet, I read the terms and conditions and it appears I%26#39;m covered. Has anyone used this? My boss knows I am going to need some kind of signed statement to reoup my loss via the insurance route.
I also see that Ticketmaster has a section where you can try to re-sell your tickets. Has anyone done this? Is this recommended? I did put them on my local (D.C.) and NYC (Manhattan) Craigslist sites but I%26#39;m not optimistic about that working. Anyone have any luck with selling tickets on StubHub or E-bay?
I was (am) trying to surprise my 11 year old with a Broadway trip. I%26#39;m a single mom and we normally can%26#39;t do trips... to anywhere. Now I%26#39;m going to need to go and buy two MORE tickets for a later date (and they are much more expensive).
Any advice on refund, re-sell, and repurchasing? I can only afford a couple of nights at the hotel... any advice on how to see the sights in about 48 hours safely and economically?
Thanks everyone.

Sorry for the typos. The second sentence should read ';I have TWO great center orchestra seatS...
It%26#39;s late and I%26#39;m stressin%26#39; over trying to figure out how to do this while my daughter asleep (trying to keep it a surprise).
Appreciate your advice. I%26#39;ve never been to NYC and I%26#39;ve never bought tickets from Ticketmaster.
