I have been browsing various sites for an apartment for 4 adults, and found this site.
Some of their properties look really nice (and in the location we are looking for - little italy/soho area) and was wondering if anyone has used them before/heard any comments etc?

Apparently most, if not all, are illegal. I hope so, cause I talked one of my colleagues out of renting a lovely Penthouse....
At the same time I can%26#39;t help wondering if it would not be terribly easy for the government to tackle all these illegal rentals by simply doing a google search on the net...?
