Categorizing attractions -uptown,midtown,lowertown mahattan?

Are there posts that categorizes must see attractions in NYC by uptown, midtown, lowertown mahattan?

I figured out that if such posts existed, it will of a great help to 1st time tourist to plan their itenary as they will be able to get from places to places in a logical manner instead of running around =P

Calling out to kind people who actually have compiled a list of attractions via different parts of mahattan!
