flea market/street fair

I was in New York in November, on the Saturday I was there (I do not remember the street) but it was closed to traffic and it was around the 40%26#39;s or 50%26#39;s block and there were tables with people selling foods, merchandise etc. Could you tell me exactly where it is and if they will be there in the summer? I will be in N.Y. in July. Thank you.
